Job summary

Citi is seeking a Fraud Red Team professional in San Antonio, TX to simulate adversarial fraud scenarios and test controls. You will identify vulnerabilities, provide mitigation guidance, and lead cross-functional debriefings to strengthen fraud prevention across Citi's platforms and processes.

The role requires 3+ years in fraud testing or threat simulation, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with incident response teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of fraud testing/red team experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven analytical and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adversarial simulation of products and processes to assess controls and fraud detection systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities to help Citi address weaknesses in fraud prevention.
• Provide mitigation recommendations and lead debriefings with cross-functional partners.
• Assist Fraud Incident Response Teams with investigations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure units to identify fraud risks and controls.
