Citi is seeking Fraud Specialists to join our team and help protect clients by detecting fraudulent activity on credit card accounts. This entry-level role blends analytical thinking with a client-focused approach to investigate account activity, verify transactions, and deliver consistent service that safeguards clients and their assets.

Starting salary up to $21.00/hour. The full-time position is based at 14000 Citi Cards Way, Jacksonville, FL 32258.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing or service roles.
• Detail orientation with ability to analyze data and spot discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in data entry and Windows; comfortable with MS Office.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings while maintaining accuracy.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts, identify suspicious patterns and take appropriate action to protect clients.
• Address client concerns by verifying recent charges and account activity, collecting key information to evaluate and confirm potential fraudulent transactions, and addressing service-related requests and concerns with accuracy and professionalism across all inbound and outbound client interactions.
• Determine and apply the appropriate verification procedures when processing client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver solutions to client issues by drawing on all available resources, working with limited supervision to resolve calls efficiently.
• Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, upholding Citi’s policies and ethical standards while escalating issues transparently when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately to clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
• Excels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
