Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Product Owner (SAFe) to partner with Product Managers, balance business, tech, and design priorities, and deliver brand-defining product experiences. The role requires SharePoint Online administration knowledge and expertise in Power Platform solutions.

The position is onsite at Truist core locations (Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Richmond, VA) with a 5-day workweek as described in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, including site creation, configuration, navigation, storage, sharing settings.
• Proficient with Power Automate to develop workflows, approvals, notifications, data updates, and other automations.
• Translate business requirements into secure, supportable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Align with product managers to articulate product strategy to the delivery team.
• Deliver new experiences by designing products with delivery, experience design, business, and operations partners.
• Author and maintain the team backlog and be SME on features and user stories.
• Triage critical issues and communicate with all concerned parties.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and leads to balance program priorities with client experience.
• Facilitate sprint planning and demos; ensure acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Coordinate release-specific documents and go/no-go decisions.
• Manage risk and ensure adherence to Product Management Lifecycle processes.
