The purpose of this role is to formulate, develop and drive strategic initiatives and operating routines for the Enterprise Control and Change Office. The role will utilize strong critical-thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to help clarify business strategies and translate strategy to business capabilities and implementation approaches needed to help achieve Enterprise Control and Change Office’s strategic objectives. May manage a team.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

*****Position is office centric 5 days within one of the following office locations: Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Greensboro, NC, or Raleigh, NC******

  • 1. Partner with business unit leaders and peer execution leads to develop solution and enablement strategies.
  • 2. Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional solution development and execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.
  • 3. On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop & maintain solutions, tools and reporting to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives (e.g., workflow automation, data capture interfaces, AI integration, etc.).
  • 4. Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.
  • 5. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.
  • 6. Lead and support cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • 7. Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders, business partners, and SMEs.
  • 8. Develop, guide, and mentor less tenured teammates.
  • Drive consistent adoption of governance and control over the lifecycle of solution development and maintenance
  • 10. Support a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication, professionalism, and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in strategy or business consulting
  • 2. Critical-thinking skills; ability to break-down large, abstract problems or questions into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations, with supporting data/rationale
  • 3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • 6. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1. Advanced skills in Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and managing Dataverse environments
  • 2. Strong experience with prompt engineering, loop engineering, agentic harnesses, and agentic process development
  • 3. Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks, including Python, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies
  • 4. Experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • 5. Experience building, implementing, or leveraging enterprise design systems to create consistent, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences
  • 6. Strong understanding of software architecture, API integrations, data modeling, and modern application development practices
  • 7. Strong working knowledge of Information Systems administration, including system configuration, access management, integrations, maintenance, and operational support
  • 8. Proven ability to think strategically and collaborate across organizational silos
  • 9. Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling and ability to present complex data in a way that educates, enhances understanding and influences decision-making
  • 10. Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • 11. Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage competing projects in a deadline-driven environment
