Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks an Associate Product Owner for Salesforce to evolve the Enterprise Salesforce platform aligned to the CRM strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and product teams to shape requirements, validate solutions, and support rollout and training as the Product SME.

You'll work across disciplines, prioritize requests, and maintain documentation while staying current on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends in support of product releases
• 1+ years working in a financial services environment with cross-functional coordination and agile delivery
• 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce CRM Platform and/or related technical acumen

Responsibilities

• Product Design and Innovation: Liaise with stakeholders and IT teams to elicit requirements and advise on platform enhancements.
• Product Requirements Definition: Create business requirements as JIRA stories with current/target state flows.
• Product Testing and Validation: Execute UAT and report defects to IT for resolution.
• Product Roll-out and Training: Define training content and lead end-user training as Product SME.
• Product Management and Administration: Maintain documentation and align requests to the Strategic Roadmap.
