Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple teams and drive Agile transformation. The role focuses on facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting Agile principles to improve delivery across programs.

The position requires 5+ years in Agile delivery, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Rally. Regular, first-shift work in the United States with standard benefits is provided.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles.
Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

Responsibilities

Participates in Agile ceremonies and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify and escalate impediments affecting team progress.
Navigate the organization to manage dependencies with minimal supervision.
Apply Scrum and Kanban to support transformation efforts and team processes.
Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement with team and stakeholders.
Support collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data.
