Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology, or related field.
5+ years in banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience.
3+ years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
3+ years of leading cross functional teams.
Equal enthusiasm for strategic planning and tactical execution.
Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnerships.
Experience delivering large-scale online initiatives.
Proven ability to use data analytics, research and testing methodologies to drive decisions.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make independent decisions.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience creating and delivering succinct presentations to explain and sell plans/vision.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and learn about a target client segment and their financial needs.
Analyze the market and competition to define a differentiated product vision.
Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap.
Engage stakeholders across lines of business in planning and execution.
Write epics and features and prioritize across teams.
Set PI vision, priority, and definitions with product owners.
Develop feature backlog roadmap with discovery prototypes and analytics planning.
Obtain partner alignment including legal, compliance, security, fraud as needed.
Partner to set pricing and ensure billing procedures.
Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap.
Work with Readiness to create client and teammate facing content.
Ensure PML processes, support risk/audit, and meet deadlines; assist with risk presentations.
Attend Agile ceremonies as applicable.
