Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in fraud prevention or related areas.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred.
• Experience reviewing customer accounts or transactions for suspicious activity.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls as part of the investigation process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technology.

Responsibilities
