Job description

We are hiring a Fraud Operations Specialist to support a large eCommerce fraud prevention team in either Allentown, PA or Overland Park, KS.

This is a good opportunity for someone early in their fraud career who already has some exposure to reviewing suspicious transactions, customer accounts, disputes, chargebacks, or eCommerce orders and wants to continue building that experience.

6-month contract

In this role, you'll review customer accounts and eCommerce transactions that have been flagged for potential fraud, investigate suspicious activity, and help determine whether transactions should be approved or escalated. You'll also communicate directly with customers when verification is needed and document your findings and decisions within the appropriate systems.

The team works in a fairly high-volume environment, so they're looking for someone who is comfortable balancing investigation work with customer calls while maintaining strong accuracy and documentation.

What they're looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud operations, disputes, chargebacks, eCommerce risk, banking operations, or a related area
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin strongly preferred
• Experience reviewing customer accounts or transactions for suspicious activity
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls as part of the investigation process
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established productivity and quality expectations
• Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technology

The first 30 days are fully onsite for training. After training, the position moves to a hybrid schedule with up to two remote days per week.

Hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time, so please keep the time difference in mind depending on your location. Some weekend availability may occasionally be required.
