Job summary

Robinhood seeks a Fraud Operations Program Manager to oversee high-impact initiatives across Fraud Ops, Product, and Detection & Prevention. You’ll build BRDs, draft memos, manage issues, and drive readiness for product launches, partnering with leadership to optimize people, processes, and technology.

You will coordinate with multiple teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication, while fostering continuous improvement and risk-aware execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent program/project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Fraud Ops and Product/Detection & Prevention.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts in Fraud Ops.
• Develop and maintain BRDs for new products and initiatives.
• Draft memos related to Fraud Ops implementations.
• Manage and resolve Fraud Ops issues; drive root-cause resolution.
• Plan with leadership to de-risk upcoming launches; align staffing and training.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and external partners for cross-team projects.
• Establish a cohesive vision for Fraud Ops initiatives across teams.
• Surface process gaps with frontline agents and translate feedback into initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Fraud Ops to foster continuous improvement.
