Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Fraud Investigation Analyst to review alerts, analyze data, and document outcomes in line with policy. You will work with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to resolve cases and reduce risk, with in-person attendance at least 3 days weekly in Denver or Westlake.

You bring 0–2 years of experience, strong documentation skills, and attention to detail, enabling effective risk-based decisions and clear case records.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of fraud investigations or related financial crime experience.
• Strong written documentation skills with evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to analyze multiple data points (transactions, signals, behavior).
• Ability to prioritize work and meet quality/productivity goals.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams to resolve cases.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud alerts and assess potential fraud using patterns and steps.
• Analyze transactional and behavioral data to make risk-based decisions and document cases.
• Manage daily alert/case volume to meet SLAs and quality targets.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, vendors, and financial crime teams.
• Identify recurring fraud trends and suggest process improvements.
