Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Fraud Operations Program Manager to drive cross-functional fraud initiatives, partnering with Product, Detection & Prevention, and frontline Fraud Ops. You will own BRDs, draft memos, manage issues, and lead project work to rollout improvements across processes and technology.

This hybrid role is based in Chicago, Denver, Westlake, or Lake Mary with in-person attendance at least three days a week and will require collaboration across multiple teams to ensure safe and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Trust & Safety, or related risk/operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field will be expected.
• Excellent program/project management skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between Fraud Ops and Product and other teams across the lifecycle.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting Fraud Operations.
• Develop and maintain BRDs for new products and initiatives affecting Fraud Ops.
• Draft and circulate memos related to Fraud Ops implementations and updates.
• Manage and resolve issues related to Fraud Operations and drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate with leadership to plan for upcoming launches and de-risk changes.
