Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Investigates fraud situations and tracks cases.
• Facilitates fraud resolution including payments and police reports.
• Resolves disputes with chargebacks or reimbursements.
• Communicates with Members and Team Members about fraud.
• Maintains knowledge of fraud-prone products (cards, checks, ACH).
• Reviews fraud reports to monitor account activity.
• Prepares documents for legal or insurance cases.
