Centra Credit Union in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Specialist to protect member assets and prevent fraud.

You will investigate fraud scenarios, manage disputes, file reports, and communicate with Members and Team Members about fraud or disputes. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience are required. Centra is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Mansioni

• Investigates fraud situations and follows up in case management systems.
• Facilitates fraud resolution in compliance with regulations.
• Resolves disputes by chargebacks or reimbursements as needed.
• Communicates with Members and Team Members on fraud or disputes.
• Maintains knowledge of debit/credit cards, checks, ACH, identity theft, and wires.
• Reviews fraud prevention reports and takes appropriate action.
• Prepares documents for legal or insurance cases related to fraud.
