Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is hiring a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and participate in prevention initiatives. The role requires collaboration with technical partners, daily review of predictive reports, and ongoing fraud education for members and staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in fraud or loss prevention, or related financial field beneficial.
• Must demonstrate mature judgment, critical thinking and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in remote or in-office settings.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Review predictive fraud reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in fraud-related projects and educate members and employees about fraud topics.
