Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and support prevention initiatives. The role interfaces with technical partners to monitor system outputs and fraud patterns while educating members and staff on fraud topics.

The position emphasizes daily review of predictive reports and actionable follow-up, with opportunities for remote or in-person work depending on location and program needs.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12+ months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a financial field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and provide education to members and employees on fraud topics.
