Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a senior Fraud Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of the Fraud Data Plane (FDP). The role sits at the intersection of Fraud, Data, Technology, and Analytics to translate business needs into platform capabilities, data requirements, and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to improve fraud risk, decision accuracy, and investigations, while shaping adoption and value realization in a hybrid work model based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, data, analytics, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, program delivery, data products, financial services, fraud, risk, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and discovery through implementation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a modern fraud data platform.
• Translate fraud business needs into clear product requirements, data needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, andImplementation plans.
• Lead intake, discovery, and prioritization across new capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Fraud, Product, Data, Technology, Architecture, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and others to deliver capabilities from concept to launch.
• Establish success measures and use data to demonstrate improvements in fraud risk, decision accuracy, and operational efficiency.
