Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Senior Lead Product Manager for Fraud to drive the Fraud Prevention Platform roadmap, governance, and enhancement of enterprise fraud capabilities including real-time detection and identity risk management.

Collaborate with Fraud Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, Security, Operations, and business units to translate risks and customer requirements into scalable fraud solutions that balance effectiveness, customer experience, and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in fraud prevention, product management, strategy, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with fraud decisioning, risk orchestration, identity verification, and authentication.
• Experience with evaluating vendors and proof-of-concepts for fraud tech investments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and advance the roadmap and governance of ADP's Fraud Prevention Platform (FPP) and related technologies.
• Deliver fraud prevention capabilities that strengthen detection, reduce friction, and support business objectives.
• Assess new products, journeys, authentication capabilities, and changes to identify fraud risks and appropriate controls.
• Develop and optimize fraud policies, rules, thresholds, and risk signals across the technology ecosystem.
• Support governance standards for fraud products, ownership models, documentation, and reviews.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and customer impact through metrics and reviews.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation through product enhancements and technology investments.
• Evaluate vendors, onboarding, and optimization of fraud prevention technologies and signals.
• Serve as SME on fraud decisioning, identity risk, controls, and platform capabilities.
