Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fraud Analytics professional to own fraud performance for depository products, including monitoring losses, approval rates, and false positives across the growth platform.

You will build scalable data models and dashboards, refine identity verification and fraud rules, and partner with Product, Engineering, ML, Data Eng, Fraud Operations, and Risk to strengthen risk controls while enabling product growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics experience
• Fluent in SQL and Python
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams in the organization

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance for depository products, including monitoring losses, approval rates, false positives, customer friction, and other key risk metrics.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines using DBT and related tools.
• Define trusted fraud performance metrics and datasets, and develop dashboards and monitoring frameworks.
