Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in fraud prevention, product management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting strategy, governance, and performance of fraud tech.
• Hands-on fraud decisioning, identity verification, risk orchestration, detection technologies.
• Deep knowledge of account takeover, identity, payments, and related threats.
• Experience assessing fraud risks in new products or journeys and applying controls.
• Experience defining and optimizing fraud rules, thresholds, and signals.

Responsibilities

• Define, execute, and advance the roadmap for ADP's Fraud Prevention Platform and tech ecosystem.
• Deliver fraud prevention capabilities that strengthen detection and reduce customer friction.
• Assess new products, journeys, and changes to identify fraud risks and controls.
• Develop and optimize policies, rules, thresholds, and automated decision strategies.
• Maintain governance standards for fraud products, including ownership, performance, and docs.
• Monitor platform performance, resiliency, and customer impact with defined metrics.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation through product improvements and tech investments.
• Evaluate vendors and POCs to improve detection and business outcomes.
• Provide SME guidance on fraud decisioning, authentication, risk signals, and platforms.
