Job summary

THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMS ISEP is seeking a Student Services Officer to guide students from interest through program completion. This role advises on program selection, assists with applications, and prepares students to depart while providing ongoing support during their time abroad.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong time management, and excellent cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and advising with prospective students to convert leads to completed applications.
• Advise students on course selection and program acceptance.
• Respond to inquiries from students, coordinators, and parents promptly and with high customer service.
• Serve as primary contact for students in pre-departure stage with orientations and visa matters.
• Address student concerns during programs with health and safety collaboration.
