THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMS ISEP is seeking a Student and Alumni Marketing Coordinator to enhance engagement with prospective students and alumni. You will report to the Senior Manager, Student Marketing and craft content across social, web, and email channels.

You will manage a monthly content calendar, collaborate with alumni teams, and help grow study abroad interest through compelling campaigns while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in marketing, film, graphic design, journalism or related field.
• Professional experience creating content for social media.
• Fluency in Instagram, YouTube and TikTok content creation.
• Strong researching, writing and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere, InDesign and Illustrator preferred.
• Video editing for digital channels.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. annually.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in international education.

Responsibilities

• Student and Alumni Engagement: generate leads, coordinate digital ambassador program, write student stories blog, email newsletters, gather reviews.
• Content Creation & Social Media: produce photo/video/graphic content, write and optimize content for web/email, report metrics, stay on trend.
• Email Marketing: write and maintain emails in MCAE, manage leads and lists, collaborate with remote team.
• Brand Voice & Standards: ensure consistency across channels and materials.
• Analytics & Reporting: collect data on content, social media and campaigns and identify trends.
• General Marketing Support: respond to requests, update website content, learn new tools, manage deadlines.
