The International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP) seeks a Student Services Officer for the Southern Europe region. Based in the Washington DC area or remote, you will guide students from inquiry through program completion, helping them choose programs that fit academics and personal goals.

You will coordinate with university partners, assist with applications, visas, and pre-departure briefings, and support students on site during their programs while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years’ work experience in student advising or international education.
• Travel/study abroad experience preferred.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and student relations.

Aufgaben

• Conduct outreach and advising with prospective students to maximize qualified applications.
• Advise students on course selection and program acceptance within their region.
• Respond to inquiries promptly to facilitate application completion and retention.
• Serve as primary pre-departure contact, delivering orientations and assisting with visa matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams on health and safety, transcripts, and program support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional programs and internship opportunities.
