Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training systems and leadership capability across emerging markets.

You will partner with Franchisee Growth, Operations, New Restaurant Opening, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to deliver scalable onboarding, certification, and coaching programs. The role emphasizes operational readiness, guest experience consistency, and sustainable training with clear ownership, while supporting national and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in restaurant/retail management or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in restaurant or retail training, multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, organizational development, or related.
• Strong ability to train and coach franchisees and Above Restaurant Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee capability building: establish onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership-development systems.
• Emerging market training strategy: translate growth plans into training priorities and milestones.
• New restaurant readiness: partner on pre-opening training, leadership readiness, opening execution, and post-opening stabilization.
• Operational performance enablement: use observations and training data to identify gaps and solutions.
• Leadership development: coach and develop franchisees and restaurant leaders.
• Training system sustainability: promote self-sustaining training with clear ownership and standards.
• Program activation: lead training for national and regional initiatives.
• Cross-functional leadership: coordinate with Franchisee Growth, Operations, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to provide a unified plan.
• Measurement and continuous improvement: track readiness, certification, and performance, adjusting as needed.
