Inspire Resources in the US seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training, leadership, and operating readiness for emerging markets. You will collaborate with Franchisee Growth, Field Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to build scalable training systems that open restaurants with strong guest experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years in restaurant or retail training or related fields, with ability to travel 70–90%. A Bachelor's degree in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in restaurant/retail management with training or multi-unit experience.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks.
• Proven capability to build credibility and trusted relationships with franchisees.

Responsabilités

• Assess training needs and help franchisees establish onboarding, certification, coaching and leadership systems.
• Translate market growth plans into focused training priorities and milestones.
• Partner on pre-opening preparation, leadership readiness, and post-opening stabilization.
• Identify capability gaps from observations and data and recommend practical solutions.
• Lead or support training for initiatives across products, guest experience, and operations.
