Inspire seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training systems across emerging markets, partnering with Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, New Restaurant Opening, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to build scalable onboarding, leadership development, and execution excellence.

The role focuses on developing franchisees’ people, training, and operating disciplines to enable stronger openings and faster stabilization, while delivering a consistent guest

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in restaurant/retail management with Training or HR experience.
• 5–7 years in restaurant/retail training or multi-unit operations.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Franchisee Capability Building: Assess needs and help establish onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership-development systems.
• Emerging Market Training Strategy: Translate growth plans into training priorities, support plans, milestones, and routines.
• New Restaurant Readiness: Partner with opening teams on pre-opening preparation, leadership readiness, and post-opening stabilization.
• Operational Performance Enablement: Use observations and data to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Leadership and Bench Development: Strengthen network leaders through coaching and development planning.
• Training System Sustainability: Move franchisees toward self-sustaining training with clear ownership and tools.
• Program Activation: Lead or support training for national initiatives including products, guest experience, and safety.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as training liaison across Franchisee Growth, Operations, Marketing, Development, New Restaurant Opening, Analytics.
