Job summary

Inspire seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training, leadership capability, and operational readiness across Emerging Markets. You will partner with Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to build scalable onboarding, certification, and leadership-development systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, HR, or multi-unit management experience
• 5–7 years experience in restaurant or retail training, multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, organizational development, new restaurant openings, or related work. Coaching franchisees and above-restaurant leaders is preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate trainings in person and virtually

Responsibilities

• Franchisee capability building: establish onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership-development systems
• Emerging market training strategy: translate plans into training priorities and support plans
• New restaurant readiness: collaborate on pre-opening training and post-opening stabilization
• Operational performance enablement: use observations and data to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Leadership and bench development: coaching and development planning for franchisees and leaders
• Training system sustainability: move toward self-sustaining training with clear ownership
• Program activation: lead or support training for national/regional initiatives
• Cross-functional leadership: coordinate with Franchisee Growth, Operations, Marketing, Development, New Restaurant Opening, Analytics
• Measurement and continuous improvement: track readiness, certification, and performance indicators
