Job summary

Inspire seeks a Field Training Growth Manager to strengthen franchisee training systems and leadership capability across Emerging Markets. You will collaborate with Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, and Analytics to build scalable onboarding, coaching, and certification programs.

You will drive pre-opening readiness, operational performance enablement, and sustainability of training systems while traveling 70–90% to support franchisees and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in restaurant/retail management with training or HR experience.
• Multi-unit operations and change-management exposure is preferred.
• Experience coaching franchisees and above-restaurant leaders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee capability building through onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership development systems.
• Translate market growth plans into focused training priorities and support plans.
• Partner with New Restaurant Opening teams on pre-opening training and stabilization.
• Use observations and data to identify capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Develop franchisee and leader bench through coaching and development plans.
• Help franchisees move toward self-sustaining training systems with clear ownership.
• Lead or support training for national and regional initiatives across brand programs.
• Serve as a cross-functional training liaison to provide a coordinated support plan.
• Track adoption, readiness, certification, and performance; adjust plans accordingly.
