The pay range per hour is $24.25 - $41.25.

Teams in Apparel and Accessories (A&A), Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics prioritize guest experience while blending the completion of tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop—pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom.

This may be the right job if you enjoy interacting and helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with your schedule. Basic skills include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to communicate effectively, manage workload, and work independently or as part of a team. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
You should be able to access all areas of the store, interpret instructions, handle cash operations, climb ladders, lift merchandise, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to remain mobile and exposed to varying environmental conditions is also required.
