Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required
The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support various strategic initiatives within the department, and interact directly with the sales team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and reference materials. Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency using Salesforce automation and workflows. Seek feedback from users and lead process improvement workshops. Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity metrics.
- Salesforce Business Admin: Act as the “subject matter expert” for Salesforce, providing primary support to the sales team. Collaborate with development teams to customize features, assist in developing implementation criteria, and support dashboard customization. Liaise with shared services on sales initiatives, processes, and rollouts. Support the dashCRM platform and internal processes from a sales perspective.
- Sales Process Optimization and Metrics Reporting: Support sales process improvements, track relevant metrics, and generate insights for performance enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and brand teams to align initiatives and ensure consistent messaging. Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certification required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably within real estate or technology industries
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Functions, Charts), Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset
- Positive, professional attitude with attention to confidentiality and detail
- Data analysis skills are a plus
- High-speed internet required
- Strategic thinking and contribution to long-term enablement strategies
