Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to the effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support various strategic initiatives within the department, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Assist with creating and maintaining training/reference materials. Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations to identify process bottlenecks and improvements. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency using Salesforce automation. Seek feedback from users and lead process improvement workshops. Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity.
  • Salesforce Business Admin: Act as the subject matter expert, support the sales team, collaborate with development teams to customize features, and assist in developing criteria for outcomes and milestones. Customize reports, views, and dashboards. Support sales initiatives and provide platform support.
  • Sales Process Optimization and Metrics Reporting: Support sales process improvements and generate insights through reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and brand teams to align messaging and efforts. Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certified required
  • 1-2 years in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive and organized
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, attention to detail
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • High-speed internet required
  • Strategic thinking and long-term enablement focus
