Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required.

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and implementation. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing Salesforce CRM training and developing content.
• Facilitating ongoing training sessions and creating reference materials.
• Collaborating with sales leadership and operations to improve processes.
• Implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency through Salesforce automation.
• Gathering user feedback and leading process improvement workshops.
• Generating reports and dashboards for sales insights.
• Supporting Salesforce administration and customization.
• Monitoring Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity metrics.
• Supporting sales-related initiatives and liaising with shared services.
• Understanding the sales cycle and internal processes from a sales perspective.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Salesforce certification, 1-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Knowledge of data analysis is a plus. Stable high-speed internet is required.
