Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective Salesforce platform usage. The specialist will offer recommendations to improve internal sales processes, analyze reporting metrics, support strategic initiatives, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training, assist with creating and maintaining training materials, collaborate with sales leadership and operations to identify process bottlenecks, implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency, seek feedback for process improvements, generate reports and dashboards, monitor Salesforce adoption and productivity, and support Salesforce administration.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support and improve sales processes.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports and dashboards to identify performance opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and other teams to align initiatives and share knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certification required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude
  • Data analysis skills a plus
  • High-speed internet required
