Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required.

The Franchise Sales Specialist will support the sales team by providing training, process optimization, and reporting related to Salesforce and sales strategies. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Salesforce CRM training and developing content.
• Creating and maintaining training materials for Salesforce adoption.
• Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Generating reports and dashboards for sales insights.
• Supporting Salesforce administration and customization.
• Collaborating on sales process optimization and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge; Salesforce Certified required.
• 1-2 years experience in sales, sales operations, or enablement, preferably in real estate or tech.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with PowerAutomate and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Organizational, time management, and data analysis skills are a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
