Franchise Sales Specialist - US Based Remote

Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required.

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support various strategic initiatives within the department, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing individual and group training on Salesforce features, navigation, and best practices. Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and reference materials. Collaborate with Sales SLT and Sales Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance sales efficiency using Salesforce automation and workflows. Seek feedback from users and lead process improvement workshops. Generate reports and dashboards for sales leadership. Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity.
  2. Salesforce Business Admin: Be the “subject matter expert” for Salesforce, providing primary support to the sales team. Collaborate with the development team to set up and customize features. Assist in developing criteria and measures for outcomes. Customize reports, views, and dashboards. Support sales initiatives and internal processes from a sales perspective. Provide support on the dashCRM platform.
  3. Sales Process Optimization and Metrics: Support the optimization of sales processes and metrics reporting.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership and other departments to support initiatives. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certified required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably within real estate or technology industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Data analysis skills are a plus.
  • High-speed internet required.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term enablement strategies.
