Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective usage of the Salesforce platform. The specialist will provide recommendations to enhance the internal sales process, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training, assist with creation of training materials, collaborate with sales teams to identify process improvements, implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency, generate reports and dashboards, monitor Salesforce adoption and performance, and support Salesforce administration.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support and improve sales processes.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze sales reports and metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and other departments to align initiatives and share knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency, Salesforce Certified required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or tech.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Data analysis skills a plus.
  • High-speed internet connection required.
