Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to effective Salesforce platform usage. The specialist will offer recommendations to improve internal sales processes, be knowledgeable in reporting metrics, support strategic initiatives, and interact directly with the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Salesforce CRM Training and Content Development: Facilitate ongoing training, create and maintain training materials, collaborate with sales teams to identify process bottlenecks, assist in implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency, gather user feedback, generate reports and dashboards, monitor Salesforce adoption, and support Salesforce administration.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Support sales process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Sales Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, tech, and other departments to align initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM; Salesforce Certified required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales enablement, preferably in real estate or tech industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Positive, professional attitude with attention to confidentiality and detail
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • High-speed internet required
