Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist. This role is remote with minimal travel (5-10%). The specialist will support sales teams by providing training, optimizing sales processes, and managing Salesforce platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate Salesforce CRM training and create supporting materials.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements within Salesforce.
• Implement strategies to improve sales efficiency using Salesforce automation.
• Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance analysis.
• Support Salesforce administration and customization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
