Job summary

Neighborly is seeking a Director of Sales on the Real Property Management team to lead training and coaching for franchise owners, optimize lead generation, and accelerate business growth. You will deliver live sessions, build a 90-day training calendar, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategies across the franchise network.

The role requires 5+ years in real estate/franchise operations, strong coaching skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field.
5+ years in real estate, property management, or franchise operations.
Experience in sales coaching, strategy, and data-driven recommendations.
Ability to design training materials and communicate sales concepts.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Deliver live weekly sessions, workshops, and individualized coaching on lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition.
Maintain a rolling 90-day training calendar and develop training materials, scripts, and facilitator guides.
Partner with Franchise Business Coaches, marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategies for franchise growth.
Track conversion rates, sales activity, and training effectiveness metrics and identify gaps.
Build consultative partnerships with franchise owners and represent the brand at industry events.
