Franchise World Headquarters, LLC in Arizona is seeking a Manager Franchise Performance to oversee operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within the territory. The role reports to the Director, Franchise Performance and partners with FZs to drive restaurant performance and profitability while upholding Subway standards.

The MFP monitors KPIs, analyzes data, develops training, and collaborates with franchisees to meet operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 5+ years in a multi-unit management role.
• Certificate programs in Franchise Management or related areas are a plus.
• 5+ years in Franchise Management with track record of growth and profitability.
• 3+ years of Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and growth of multiple franchise locations within the assigned territory.
• Guide franchisees on operations, finances and business execution to drive performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with DFP and other departments to support expansion opportunities and brand standards.
• Conduct monthly visits to provide guidance on operations and food safety, recording compliance and opportunities.
