Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within territory, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience in business or related field.
• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service/restaurant or related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and act as a trusted business partner.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans to improve sales, profitability and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
