Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience with 5+ years in a multi-unit management role.
• Franchise Management, Food Safety, Food Handler, Hospitality or Restaurant Management certificates are a plus.
• 5+ years in franchise management with a track record of growth and profitability.
• 3+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, financial analysis, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with franchisees as a business advisor on operations, finances and execution.
• Review operating reports and data to identify improvements and provide tailored guidance.
• Set territory goals aligned with KPIs and brand standards for profitable growth.
• Provide guidance on operational and food safety during visits and record compliance.
