The role requires residency in Oregon and involves on-site visits, virtual engagements, and cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in hotel industry with commercial strategy and revenue performance responsibilities.
• 10+ years in hotel leadership, preferably including franchise performance or multi-unit ops.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through analytics and consultation.

• Act as strategic commercial advisor to hotel owners and operators using portfolio data.
• Lead performance reviews, visits, and consultations to connect revenue strategy with execution.
• Drive RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, market share, and owner profitability improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional support from Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations.
• Develop action-oriented recommendations to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to leadership.
