Special Strong is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to coach franchise owners, drive revenue, and improve profitability across the national network. This role emphasizes accountability, KPI tracking, and executing the brand system with a proactive, people-driven approach.

You will lead coaching calls, assist onboarding, monitor performance, and help scale the franchise footprint while upholding our mission to empower people through adaptive fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching franchise owners or senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of business operations and KPIs.
• Ability to hold owners accountable while building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured coaching calls and performance reviews.
• Hold owners accountable to KPIs and standards.
• Support onboarding and launch processes for new franchises.
• Monitor performance and address gaps quickly.
• Develop corrective action plans for underperforming locations.
• Conduct operational audits and reinforce brand standards.
• Document coaching activity and outcomes in dashboards.
