Job summary

Goddard Systems LLC is seeking a Franchise Consultant to advise a portfolio of franchise owners across California and Nevada. You will provide financial, operational, and educational programming expertise to drive success, align with brand standards, and deliver high-quality family experiences.

The role involves travel up to 80%—both local and overnight—by car and air, with a focus on coaching, performance improvement, and system-wide collaboration with marketing, HR, finance, and technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchise consulting, multi-unit operations leadership, or early childhood education leadership experience.
• 3+ years of managing a portfolio of clients/sites and projects.
• 3+ years of presenting and/or training experience.
• Experience coaching owners/operators/school leaders or multi-site leadership teams.
• Ability to analyze financials, operations data, and enrollment metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and educational analysis to assess portfolio opportunities and provide coaching to franchisees.
• Analyze financial reports, operational results, and trends to improve business plans and achieve goals.
• Review P&L statements, enrollment revenue, and labor cost data with franchisees to identify margin opportunities.
• Share portfolio trends with field leadership to inform cross-functional improvements.
• Monitor brand standards and assist with corrective action plans when needed.
