Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking an Operations Partner to drive operational excellence across franchise organizations in a designated market. You will act as the primary business consultant and operations expert for franchisees, helping optimize performance, guest experience, and brand standards.

You will collaborate with franchise leadership, analyze KPIs, and develop data-driven improvement plans, coaching restaurant teams and supporting expansion while aligning with RBI and Popeyes brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably multi-unit management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze metrics.
• Ability to travel within region and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct business reviews covering operations, sales, profitability, finances.
• Develop actionable improvement strategies from metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch initiatives.
• Coach restaurant teams on leadership and operations.
• Onboard new franchisees and support site expansion.
