Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive Popeyes expansion in North America. The role sources new franchisees, builds a bench of prospects and structures multi-year development agreements, with heavy emphasis on financial modeling and deal diligence.

Based in Miami, FL, you will work onsite five days a week, collaborate across functions, and support executive leadership with milestones, market outreach, and presentation materials.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in franchising or business development.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Technical excel modeling and financial modeling for scenario and deal structuring.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments to collect variety of data and structure pitch to potential franchisee partners.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development and expansion strategy for long-term growth of the Popeyes brand.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines for development agreements, ensuring timely completion of milestones, negotiating with prospective franchisees.
• Market the expansion opportunity externally and attract the highest quality prospective franchisees.
• Build and lead financial models, outputs and scenarios for diligence and deal structuring.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective franchisees, including in-person Discovery Days with prospective franchisees.
• Liaise between Development, Franchising and Field teams to gather necessary insights to drive negotiations.
• Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
• Lead internal project approval processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Track and report project progress to leadership, providing regular updates on milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
