Job summary

Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant in the United States to drive district revenue and guest satisfaction. You will lead a network of managers, oversee talent development, and ensure franchisees meet standards while executing sales and marketing plans.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L understanding, and travel to current and prospective locations. Join a fast‑growing bakery cafe brand committed to community and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years in high‑volume retail, hospitality, or restaurant venue management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive management experience leading teams.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales and marketing skills.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems; Toast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and implementation with market managers.
• Lead corporate cafe operations and talent processes including recruiting and development.
• Mentor and guide operations staff; identify and address training needs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation and standard operating procedures.
• Drive guest experience through monitoring standards and action plans for gaps.
