Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to lead district operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen guest experience across franchise locations. You will mentor managers, optimize talent, and implement training programs to sustain high-performance teams.

The role requires strong P&L acumen, POS proficiency (Toast preferred), and a collaborative leadership style to empower store teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–7 years in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Experience leading district teams in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, preferably Toast.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and follow-up initiatives among market managers.
• Oversee corporate café operations and talent management activities.
• Mentor operations staff and coordinate training programs.
• Identify training needs and work with the training team to deliver.
• Drive tailored sales and marketing plans aligned with regional goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and local regulations.
• Manage performance reviews and feedback culture across districts.
• Travel to corporate and franchise locations as needed.
