Job summary

Paris Baguette - Support Office (East) seeks a seasoned Franchise Sales Manager to drive growth of our franchise brand across the United States. You will build a development pipeline, recruit franchisees, and coach them through the discovery process to support our long-term growth strategy.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in franchise sales and development in food/hospitality, FranConnect CRM experience, and strong communication and leadership skills for a large, decentralized portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in franchise sales and development in food/hospitality.
• Strong understanding of franchise law and Franchise Disclosure Documents.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term objectives with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of franchise sales and development, from lead generation to awarding a franchise.
• Direct and support franchisees through the entire development process until store opening.
• Execute national growth strategy for new franchise sales and openings.
• Build a development pipeline in markets to meet growth targets.
• Analyze market data to identify and prioritize major expansion opportunities.
